Salve a tutti.. ho comprato il programma CPET-IT di Robertson.. ho iniziato ad elaborare una prova ma ho notato che il modulo edometrico veniva molto alto..il doppio di quanto mi sarei aspettato.. per una sabbia limosa da 10 mpa di qc viene un Ed di 600 mpa..mentre con la classica formula Ed = axQc (con a compreso tra 2.5 e 5 passando da sabbia as argilla) verrebbe al massimo, considerando molto limo 300..
Nel dubbio ho scritto a Roberson stesso che mi ha dato la seguente risposta..

You are correct, CPeT-IT estimates the 1-D constrained modulus.
Traditional 'alpha' values to estimate modulus from CPT have are generally conservative.
Attached is the paper that describes the newer correlations.
The newer correlations have a strongly link to case histories and not just lab test results.
Traditional lab results suffer from sample disturbance that tends to underestimate modulus.
