Quantity Surveyor /Materials Engineer: a Civil Engineer, with at least seven (7) years of experience in materials investigation of which at least four (4) years in developing countries and at least three (3) on the surveying for reconstruction/construction of civil and public works with preference in railway track. The ability for checking bill of quantities and knowledge of Portuguese language would be an asset.
